Held grew into existence out of experience... 

From managing my parents’ needs; one parent declining from dementia, and the attention and compassion required there, to the other parent, active and well, who simply appreciates assistance with household issues, phone calls, etc., to working in hospice care - where I learned that what people need most in hard moments isn't a checklist to manage, it’s a set of hands and shoulders to hold and manage what you can’t. 

Held grew into existence because we need someone who shows up, who pays attention, and who refuses to let things fall apart. I started Held to bring my experience to seniors and families across Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties. I recognize the everyday challenges of aging. The things that pile up. The calls no one wants to make. The stories no one has thought to write down yet.

Through Held I hope to offset your load and hold what matters.
