Holding what matters, in every direction.
Senior life comes with a lot of moving parts. So does being the adult child who lives an hour away and worries constantly. Held exists to take the hard, overwhelming, time-consuming pieces off your plate — and handle them with the care and follow-through they deserve.

Not sure where to start? That's what I'm here for.
Every situation is different, so there's no one-size-fits-all price. Let's talk about what you need first — then we'll figure out the rest together.
My Approach
Every service is delivered personally. No call centers, no rotating staff, no strangers at the door. When you work with Held, you work with me — and I treat your family the way I'd want someone to treat mine.
My mother's microwave broke. She called the big box store. She sat on hold. She was told to go online to make a claim. Her claim was denied, though it was under extended warranty. She eventually gave up. By the time I found out, she'd been afraid of a fire and had unplugged her microwave in fear one night.
So I did a warranty deep dive. They tried to deny responsibility. I leaned in and got a service visit approved and scheduled. I was on site for the visit, our repair person wanted to order a replacement part, we insisted on a replacement microwave. Within a week a credit was issued for the original purchase price and we went shopping! A week after that our Held Handyman installed her new microwave!
Held takes the reigns and holds on until the problem is solved, and in this case, the soup can be reheated!
This Is What It Looks Like
The microwave that almost won.
